One need to have a very good knowledge about the wound healing so as to make difficult wounds heal faster. I took a training in wound management to understand the basis of wound healing and I have successfully treated lot of ulcers of various etiologies and was successful in avoiding amputations at most of the occasions. For complicated wounds I use lot of options such as vaccum therapy, surgical debridements, cavity dressings etc with personal attention as it's a challenge to treat every such wound.
